The building will be located in Larnaca, very close to the recently completed Radisson Blu Hotel, on the same coastal line facing the sea and the commercial port of Larnaca.

The site is composed by four plots of 2.239 sqm in total. 

The project is a mixed-use development offering 60 residential units, a ground floor cafeteria, a swimming pool and bar on the roof of the base building, a gym in the basement and 146 parking spaces.

The tower rises above the base, offering unobstructed sea views to all residential units which are located on the sea-front of the tower. The alternation of three typical floor plans develops a playful juxtaposition of the façade elements.
