This artisan winery will be located within a vineyard on the sloping hills of Ayios Epiphanios village.

The building spreads out in linear organization, paralleling the landscape's contours lines. The spatial requirements have been developed in two levels. The production facilities occupy the lower level, partly submerged into the sloping ground for a more sustainable construction and better bioclimatic conditions. 

The upper level houses visitors facilities, offering views to the fermentation barrels and aging cava below. At the far end of the building, a duplex apartment has been provided for the use of the owner.

The structure is steel over a concrete raft foundation and the exterior surfaces with use of raw materials like cor-ten steel, local stone, wood and concrete.
