The new GIC Nicosia brach has been conceived as the pilot design for the upgrading of the insurance company's offices and branches.

The space has been divided in two areas. The visitor accessible front space with meeting rooms, front-desk, waiting and self- help electronic facilities and the personal work space in the back.

The manager' s office is strategically located in between the two zones to ease accessibility by both visitors and personnel.

Visual transparency through the entire space has been a fundamental concern, aiming to emphasize the transparency of operations. At the same time, special care had to be taken for sound proofing and noise reduction in order to safeguard the quality of workplace and privacy where needed,
