The headquarters office building is organized in seven levels over a double basement. The structure is metal frame over the concrete substructure of basements. Due to the use of the rooftop for reception purposes, a mechanical floor has been introduced over the mezzanine level. Morphology, bioclimatic design, material innovation and functional requirements work in synergy in order to generate a holistic proposal of high aesthetic impact and strong sense of identity.
The volume of the building has two main characteristics: the inclined façade which projects itself dynamically towards the main street and the shading system composed of horizontal slats in white aluminum,  which provide shade to the south-facing front. 

The density of shaders varies in order to facilitate views while optimizing shading.
